A 77-year-old man from Fuquay-Varina presented with a squamous cell cancer on the left neck. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with three stages of Mohs surgery and repaired in a linear fashion.
