A 72-year-old man from Fuquay-Varina presented with a basal cell cancer on the rim of his right ear. The cancer was removed by board-certified dermatologist and board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs surgeon Dr. Thomas Knackstedt with two stages of Mohs surgery and repaired with a skin graft.
